The usage plans are scalable and can be configured to suit the size of the business and the required level of governance. DataTalk supports single-tenant and multi-tenant environments, as well as API integrations. The platform is constantly updated to improve analytics, data querying and dynamic dashboards.
There are no staff training costs: the platform is designed to be used straight away.
Depending on operational and infrastructure requirements, DataTalk is available in four main licence configurations, designed to support the company from initial implementation through to advanced use.

FAQ
Is it mandatory to involve the IT department?
There is no need to involve the IT manager. One of the advantages of using DataTalk is how easy and self-service the database onboarding process is.
Will the data remain ours?
DataTalk does not share any information with third-party LLM models or APIs because queries are executed locally on your machine or on our infrastructure, with role-based access control and permission management.
How much does a Business Intelligence platform cost, and is a long-term contract required?
The cost of DataTalk depends on the type of licence. The minimum contract term for using the BI platform is six months. For longer, customised contract terms, please contact a DataTalk Expert directly
Do I need an API key to use DataTalk’s natural language features?
You must provide an OpenAI API key or a Vercel Gateway AI key for processing natural language queries. This key must be provided by the customer to avoid any cost increases resulting from resale.
How is deployment managed and billed in on-premises plans?
For on-premises plans, deployment time will be charged at the hourly rate (up to one update every two months; any additional updates are always free of charge. The time taken depends on the installation machine).
